Professor Aloysius Sequeira, currently serving as a Professor - HAG (Retired) at the School of Management, NITK Surathkal, brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in academia and administration. Previously holding positions as Dean (Faculty Welfare) & Registrar at NITK Surathkal and Director I/C of the National Institute of Technology Karnataka - Science and Technology Park, he has made significant contributions to both educational leadership and institutional development. With a PhD from Mysore University and an M.Tech from IIT Bombay, along with specialized training in Training & Development from ISTD and Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of Huddersfield, Professor Sequeira exemplifies a commitment to excellence in education and innovation.

Professor Tapan Sarker (Ph.D., ANU) is an internationally renowned expert in sustainability and climate finance and is widely published in energy finance, sustainable business and low carbon growth. Tapan has provided training and management consultation to a number of organisations, including the World Bank, ADB, OXFAM, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Laos, and the Mongolian Revenue Authority. He is a former World Bank scholar and was a Visiting Professor at Soka University and Keio University in Japan. He was also a Scholar-in-Residence at IIM Calcutta, the only triple-crowned management education (AACSB, EQUIS & AMBA) institute in India. Tapan has received a Queensland Day Award (2017) for his work in the community and received Teaching Excellence Recognition Scheme awards in 2016 and 2017. In 2020, Tapan was awarded the PVC's Staff Excellence Award for Global Orientation. This award recognizes commitment to preparing students to have a global orientation, with a special focus on the Asia region, in either service delivery or the student learning experience.

Srikanth is a sought-after motivational keynote speaker who has also worked extensively in the fields of entrepreneurship development, empowerment of the youth and for the betterment of persons and children with multiple disabilities. He has been associated with organizations like Lead India Foundation 2030, Samanvai Centre for Children with Multiple Disabilities, and Surge Impact Foundation.

She has a proven track record in transforming 2000+team from traditional technology to digital, driving “Innovation as a culture and Excellence as an identity”. Supplementation of capacity and capability through multivendor management strategy including major multi-national corporates. She had successfully lead various initiatives across 3000+ people organization (Diversity, Employee engagement, Women leadership, Chairperson for Prevention of Sexual Harassment committee). She has more than 2 years of experience as on-site account/relationship manager and business development manager in California, US. She is also a Certified Executive Coach.

Significantly increased the number, content and coverage of training programmes. The total number of employees trained (including OJT) during the last three years was about 300,000. He also brought about significant qualitative improvement with thrust on credit, recovery, credit monitoring, internal checks and control and profitability.
